Doodle Arrows — Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and WinPlay Studio ("we", "us") for the Doodle Arrows app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, including its widgets, Live Activity and Siri / Shortcuts actions (the "App"). If the App is used by a child, a parent or legal guardian accepts these Terms on the child's behalf. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acknowledgement

These Terms are concluded between you and WinPlay Studio only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). WinPlay Studio, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. These Terms may not provide for usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions in effect on the date you accept them ("Usage Rules").

2. Scope of license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules. The App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App; copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or attempt to derive its source code (except as allowed by applicable law); or remove any proprietary notices.

3. Maintenance and support

WinPlay Studio is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App, as described in these Terms or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App. Support: game@dvk.vn.

4. Warranty

The App is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. WinPlay Studio is solely responsible for any product warranties that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be WinPlay Studio's sole responsibility.

5. Product claims

WinPlay Studio, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of it, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation, including in connection with the App's use of the HealthKit and HomeKit frameworks (the App does not use them).

6. Intellectual property rights

The App, including its puzzles, levels, the character Scribbs, artwork, music, voice lines, sound effects and on-device AI models, is owned by WinPlay Studio and its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, WinPlay Studio, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such claim.

7. Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Third-party terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (for example, your wireless data service agreement). The App works offline and does not require an account.

10. Third-party beneficiary

You and WinPlay Studio acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

11. Puzzles you create and share

You can draw your own puzzles and, after passing the grown-up gate, share a picture and puzzle code using the iOS share sheet. You keep any rights you have in your own puzzle designs and give us no rights to them; we never receive them. Please share only with people you know and do not include personal information in messages. Shared messages are sent by the app you choose (for example Messages) under its own terms.

12. Children and grown-ups

The App is designed for children aged 6–8 with a parent or guardian. Links that leave the App, sharing, rating and resetting progress are behind a grown-up gate. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of devices.

13. Virtual progress

Stars, streaks and levels have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are stored only on your device. They may be lost if you reset progress or delete the App. The App currently contains no in-app purchases and no advertising.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. In short: we collect no personal data.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinPlay Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

16. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms end automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may end these Terms at any time by deleting the App.

17. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. We will post the new Terms on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the App after the change, you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections, which remain unaffected.
