1. Who we are
Arrow Escape: Candy Puzzle (iOS/iPadOS: com.kietdovan.arrowPuzzle, Android: com.kietdovan.arrow_puzzle) is a puzzle game made by DVK. Questions about this policy: game@dvk.vn. This policy applies to the game; the dvk.vn website has its own privacy page.
2. No accounts, progress stays on your device
The game has no sign-up and no login. Your levels, stars, coins, boosters, stickers, hats, settings and the optional daily play-time limit are stored only on your device. We do not run servers that store player profiles. Deleting the app deletes this data.
3. Made for families, including children
The game is designed to be safe for children. We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, photos, contacts or precise location. There is no chat and no free-text input. Purchases, store ratings and other grown-up actions are behind a parental gate (press and hold, then answer a multiplication question). We follow the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families policy and Apple's App Store guidelines.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob (publisher pub-3636940103463538). Every ad request is marked as child-directed and limited to general-audience (G) content, so ads are not personalized and are not based on your interests. The game does not ask for tracking permission on iOS and does not use the Android Advertising ID. Google may still process limited technical information (such as IP address, device type and app version) to deliver ads, limit how often an ad is shown and prevent fraud. 5. In-app purchases
Optional purchases (coins, Starter Pack, unlimited lives, Remove Ads) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Your store account and its parental controls (Ask to Buy, Family Link) also apply.
6. Crash reports and anonymous statistics
To fix bugs and balance difficulty, the game may use Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase (Google). These collect technical, non-identifying information such as crash logs, device model, OS version and gameplay events (for example level started or completed). Advertising identifiers are not collected and the data is not used for advertising. The optional in-game feedback card (a face and a few tags, no typing) is recorded the same anonymous way.
7. Leaderboards
Leaderboards are optional and use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. If you choose to connect, your platform nickname and scores are handled by Apple or Google under their privacy policies. We do not receive your account details.
8. Notifications
If you allow it, the game schedules local reminders on your device (for example when lives are full or a reward is ready). They are created on the device, contain no personal data, and can be turned off in the game's Settings or the system settings at any time.
9. Your choices and data deletion
Because we keep no player accounts, you can remove all game data by deleting the app. You can manage ad privacy choices from the game's Settings (Privacy, behind the parental gate). Parents can contact game@dvk.vn with any question; we will answer within 30 days.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect in the game.
