Use and content
The game is for personal use on your own device. Do not distribute malware, impersonate the developer or use the game for unlawful activity. Lights Out is a well-known puzzle concept; Puzzle Spark code and original presentation belong to their respective rights holders.
Progress, stars and rewards
Stars, achievements and streaks are game records, not money, assets, physical prizes or redeemable rewards. There is no betting, real-money trading or income promise. Daily challenges use the device date and have no online leaderboard.
Cost and ads
This version is free, without subscriptions or in-app purchases. Development builds may show test banner and rewarded ads; playing does not require clicking ads. Mobile data charges may apply.
Storage and availability
Progress is saved locally. Consider this before deleting data or uninstalling, as there is no server recovery. We aim to fix issues and maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Send bug reports or feedback to game@dvk.vn. Do not send passwords or sensitive information. Features, data policies and terms may be updated with game releases; important changes will be communicated appropriately.
