Times Table Racer: Math Kids Terms of Use
Rules for virtual bolts and Nitro, in-app purchases, learning content and fair play in Times Table Racer: Math Kids.
WinPlay Studio · DVK · game@dvk.vn
1. Using the game
Times Table Racer: Math Kids is provided by WinPlay Studio (DVK) for personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning. By playing you agree to these terms and to the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play from which you installed it.
2. Virtual items
Bolts, Nitro, stars, cups, capsules, toy cars, paint, decals and skill upgrades are virtual items with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between players. They are stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the app.
3. Purchases
Purchases are optional, made through Apple or Google and protected by a parental gate. No Ads (racer.remove_ads) and the Parent Report (racer.parent_report) are one-time, non-consumable purchases; you can restore them with Restore purchases in the shop. The bolt packs (racer.coins_600, racer.coins_2500, racer.coins_8000) and Nitro packs (racer.hints_10, racer.hints_30) are consumable. Mystery capsules are earned by playing only and are not sold. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
4. Learning content
Math facts, answer choices and races are generated by the game and checked by automated tests. The game is a fun practice tool and does not replace a teacher; the Parent Report is a guide to what to practice, not a school grade.
5. Fair play
Please do not modify, hack or reverse engineer the game or use tools to cheat. We may change races, rewards and prices to keep the game fun and balanced.
6. Content and license
The game, its races, cars, characters (including Rocco the raccoon), art, music and voice lines belong to WinPlay Studio (DVK) and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to play the game on your devices.
7. Credits
The game uses the Bungee and Nunito fonts (SIL Open Font License).
8. Availability
We work to keep the game running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors. Features such as ads, the Daily Grand Prix or new tracks may change or stop over time.
