How Snowy Doors handles data: no accounts, progress kept on your device, no analytics, optional child-directed reward videos and a parental gate.

1. Who we are
Snowy Doors: Advent Calendar (iOS/iPadOS: com.winplaystudio.snowyDoors, Android: com.winplaystudio.snowy_doors) is a family Advent calendar game made by WinPlay Studio (DVK) for iPhone, iPad and Android. 2. No accounts, progress stays on your device
The game has no account and no sign-in. The doors you open, stars, gifts, the decorations on your street, your streak and settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data. The only data that leaves your device is described below (optional reward videos and in-app purchases).
3. Made for children and families
Snowy Doors is designed for children aged 5 and up playing with their families. We do not ask for or collect real names, email addresses, photos, contacts, voice recordings or location, and the game never uses the camera or microphone. There is no leaderboard, no chat, no player-to-player contact and no user-generated content. Pip the reindeer's voice lines are pre-recorded and built into the app. All purchases, links to outside websites and turning on reminders are behind a parental gate that asks a grown-up question every time. We follow the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families policy and Apple's App Store guidelines.
4. No analytics or crash reports
The game does not include analytics or crash-reporting tools, and we do not collect any analytics or crash data about you.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Snowy Doors never shows banner ads or ads between games. A version of the game may offer an optional reward video from Google AdMob (for example, watch a short video to get one extra decoration). Watching it is always a choice behind a parental gate. Ad requests are configured as child-directed and non-personalized, and the game does not use the advertising ID or ask for tracking permission. Google may process device information and IP address to serve and measure ads, as described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Notifications
The game can send optional reminders (a new door is ready, keep your streak). They are local notifications scheduled on the device itself and are only sent after a grown-up turns them on. No reminders are sent between 9 pm and 9 am. We do not use a push notification server. You can turn them off in the game's settings or in your device settings at any time.
7. In-app purchases
Optional decoration packs for the Decor Shop (Magic Sky, Twinkly Rooftops, Street Lamps, Snowy Village and the Everything Pack) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. All 25 doors, mini-games and door gifts are free; purchases only add extra decorations. Your store account and its parental controls (Ask to Buy, Family Link) also apply.
8. Your choices and data deletion
You can remove all game data by uninstalling the app. Parents can contact game@dvk.vn with any question; we will answer within 30 days.
