1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Smart Candy - Match 3, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue playing and uninstall the application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WIN Entertainments / DVK.
2. License Grant & Permitted Use
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and play Smart Candy - Match 3 on personal Android devices solely for non-commercial, personal entertainment purposes in compliance with these terms.
3. Virtual Items, Boosters & In-Game Currency
The game features virtual currency (coins), extra lives, and tactical booster items (color bombs, striped candies, candy hammers). Virtual items are licensed, not sold, have zero real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for fiat currency or physical goods outside the game.
4. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application; (b) Use automated bots, cheats, memory injectors, or exploits to bypass game mechanics; (c) Interfere with or disrupt ad networks or security mechanisms of the application.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All game assets—including visual candy art, characters, audio tracks, sound effects, level design algorithms, brand names, and source code—are the proprietary intellectual property of WIN Entertainments and DVK, protected by domestic and international copyright laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Smart Candy - Match 3 is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WIN Entertainments and DVK disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the game.
