PUZZLE SPARK · Current preview policy · Updated 16 October 2026
Your privacy, in plain words.
This policy describes the current Puzzle Spark preview and this website. It will be updated before production advertising is enabled.
Developer brand: DVKapp. Support: game@dvk.vn.
Your privacy
Puzzle Spark is developed as DVKapp. Contact: game@dvk.vn. Updated 16 October 2026. No account, name, phone number or precise location is required.
Progress on your device
Completed levels, stars, moves, daily challenges and settings are stored on your device. There is no online leaderboard or server progress backup. Any operating-system backup follows your device settings. Uninstalling or resetting data may erase progress.
Return reminders
Reminders only run after you enable Play reminders and grant notification permission. The last play time is stored on the device to schedule at most two local notifications, about 12 and 24 hours later. Playing again replaces the schedule; disabling reminders cancels it. The operating system or power saving may delay delivery. Last play times are not sent to a server for reminders.
Firebase and optional analytics
Firebase connects the game to the Puzzle Spark project. Google Analytics is off by default and only enabled if you choose Share usage analytics. When enabled, Google may receive an installation identifier, device details and level start/completion events, move and hint counts. No email, name or personal content is sent by the game; Analytics is not used for ad personalization. Turning it off stops new collection and resets local Analytics data, but does not automatically delete data already sent. Google policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Ads in the test build
The development build uses Google Mobile Ads SDK and official Google test ad IDs. The SDK may process device information, IP address, diagnostics and ad interactions under Google policies. Requests are non-personalized; this does not mean no data is processed. Test ads can be disabled in Settings. The release build currently does not initialize or load ads.
No tracking permission requested
This version does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or implement tracking across apps. Before commercial ads are enabled, privacy notices and consent choices must be updated for the actual SDK configuration and release regions.
Control your data
Use Settings → Reset data to remove all local progress and preferences. There is no account to delete. If you email support, your email address and message are used to respond to your request.
Third-party services and updates
How Google uses data: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads. If data handling changes, the in-app policy will be updated before the new feature is applied.
