How Plop handles data: no accounts, progress kept on your device, child-directed non-personalized ads and a parental gate.

1. Who we are
Plop: Word Ladder Puzzle (iOS/iPadOS: com.winplaystudio.plopLadder, Android: com.winplaystudio.plop_ladder) is a word ladder puzzle game made by WinPlay Studio (DVK) for iPhone, iPad and Android. 2. No accounts, progress stays on your device
The game has no account and no sign-in. Your levels, stars, coins, hints, streaks, Plop flavors, settings and stats are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data. The only data that leaves your device is described below (ads, in-app purchases and word audio downloads).
3. Made for all ages, including young children
Plop is designed for all ages, including young children. We do not ask for or collect real names, email addresses, photos, contacts, voice recordings or location. There is no leaderboard, no chat and no user-generated content, and offensive words have been removed from the word list. All purchases, links to outside websites and sharing are behind a parental gate. We follow the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families policy and Apple's App Store guidelines.
4. No analytics or crash reports
The game does not send analytics or crash reports at launch, and we do not collect any analytics or crash data about you.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Ad requests are configured as child-directed and non-personalized. Google may process device information and IP address to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's policies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and policies.google.com/privacy. The No Ads purchase removes ads.
6. Notifications
The game can send optional daily reminders. They are local notifications scheduled on the device itself and are off by default until the player or a parent turns them on. We do not use a push notification server. You can turn them off in the game or in your device settings at any time.
7. In-app purchases
Optional purchases (No Ads and hint packs) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Your store account and its parental controls (Ask to Buy, Family Link) also apply.
8. Sharing
The Daily Plop result can be shared as a Wordle-style grid that reveals no words. Sharing is behind a parental gate; we do not receive what you share.
9. Word audio downloads
When you tap "Hear it" on a word card, the game may download a short audio clip of the word's meaning from our website dvk.vn (hosted on GitHub Pages). This is a plain file download: no account, identifier or personal data is sent by the game, although, like any web request, the hosting service receives your device's IP address to deliver the file. Without an internet connection the meaning is read by your device's built-in voice instead.
10. Your choices and data deletion
You can remove all game data by uninstalling the app. Parents can contact game@dvk.vn with any question; we will answer within 30 days.
