Color Sorting Puzzle Privacy Policy

1. Who operates the game

Color Sorting Puzzle (Android package com.colorsorting.puzzle) is provided by WIN Entertainments / DVK. This policy applies to the Android game, including its advertising, consent choices, and in-app purchases. Updated: 26 October 2026. Contact: game@dvk.vn or kietdovanapp@gmail.com.

2. Progress saved on your device

You do not need to create a player account to play. Unlocked levels, tube/hint counters, coins, Remove Ads entitlement, and sound preferences are saved locally on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the game can remove this local progress. Android device backup may also apply according to your device settings.

3. Advertising and information processed by Google

The game includes Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). The SDK may collect and share your IP address (which can indicate an approximate location), advertising or other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information such as crash logs and performance metrics to serve, measure, and protect ads against fraud. 4. Consent and advertising choices

Where required by law (such as in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents a consent message with choices to consent, decline, or manage options before ads are requested. In the game main menu, select Ad privacy when available to review or update your consent choices, and use your Android settings to reset or delete your advertising ID.

5. Purchases and support

Optional in-app purchases (such as coin packs or Remove Ads) are processed by Google Play Billing. The app receives purchase status, product identifiers, and purchase tokens needed to deliver or restore supported purchases and prevent duplicate grants. We do not receive your full payment card or bank credentials. If you contact support by email, we use your message and email address only to respond and resolve your request.

6. Retention, deletion and your rights

Local game saves remain on your device until you clear storage or uninstall the app, subject to Android backup settings. Google services retain data according to their service settings and privacy policies. Because we do not operate player accounts or our own game servers for Color Sorting Puzzle, you can remove local game data by clearing storage or uninstalling the app, reset your advertising ID in Android settings, and contact game@dvk.vn or kietdovanapp@gmail.com for privacy or deletion questions.

7. Children, security and updates

The game contains advertising and optional in-app purchases. Parents and guardians should supervise use, purchases, and Android privacy settings. We do not ask players to enter a name, email address, or contact information inside gameplay. Contact game@dvk.vn if you believe personal information was submitted inappropriately.
