1. Using the game
Arrow Escape: Candy Puzzle is provided by DVK for personal, non-commercial entertainment. By playing you agree to these terms and to the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play from which you installed it.
2. Virtual items
Coins, lives, boosters, trophies, stickers and hats are virtual items with no real-world money value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between players. They are stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the app.
3. Purchases
Purchases are optional, made through Apple or Google and protected by a parental gate. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that can be restored with Restore in Settings.
4. Fair play
Please do not modify, hack or reverse engineer the game or use tools to cheat. We may change level design, rewards and events to keep the game fun and balanced.
5. Content and license
The game, its characters, art, music and voice lines belong to DVK and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to play the game on your devices.
6. Availability
We work to keep the game running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors. Features such as ads, leaderboards or events may change or stop over time.
